Organisations across different sectors use the PeppolStation platform to speed up and improve their processes.

Invoices are recognised, checked and prepared for posting automatically — without manual intermediate steps.

AI Agents read incoming sales orders, check availability and pricing, and prepare the order in SAP Business One.

AI Agents match purchase orders with order confirmations, so items and prices are correct before the goods arrive.
Many organisations working with SAP Business One use external software for invoice processing. Recognition and validation then happen outside SAP. We turned the question around:
Why would we process the invoice outside SAP, if we can have SAP Business One perform the posting itself?
Our SAP developers analysed the posting logic and processes within SAP Business One. On that basis we developed a solution in which AI Agents drive the SAP processes through the Service Layer. SAP Business One remains the central system where the actual postings are created and processed.
With the further rollout of e-invoicing via Peppol in mind, our own SAP developers built this solution as one integrated process around SAP Business One. Whether an invoice arrives as a structured Peppol e-invoice or as a traditional PDF ultimately makes no difference.
Through Peppolstation.eu you receive and send electronic invoices. Per business partner you choose the sending channel: Peppol, PDF by email, or PDF + XML by email.
PDF invoices are recognised, interpreted and converted by AI into structured invoice data — ready for the same processing flow as e-invoices.
Invoices are approved via the internal SAP Business One workflow or our web-based workflow, so approval is easy outside the SAP client too.
Before the final posting, AI Agents check the invoice, the data and the posting rules. With sufficient certainty, the Agent performs the posting in SAP Business One.
We do not build a separate invoice processing system next to SAP. SAP Business One remains the ERP system where posting logic and transactions take place. AI, Peppol and workflow form an intelligent automation layer around it.
As an organisation gains more confidence in the automation, human intervention can be reduced step by step for each process. From AI-assisted to fully autonomous invoice processing — you decide how far you go.
Not every organisation has the same requirements for processing business-critical and financial data. That is why we offer you the choice: processing from our European cloud environment or fully on-premise within your own IT environment. In both cases, control over your data is central.
Then we provide an optimally secured environment focused on availability, data protection and continuity. Your invoices and financial data are processed within a European infrastructure, and communication between the platform components is secured.
Digital independence matters here too. Our solution is designed so that the primary invoice processing flow requires no dependency on large American cloud platforms. You do not have to place your financial processes with a specific hyperscaler to use Peppol, invoice processing and AI-driven automation.
Then you go one step further in controlling your own environment. The processing module is installed within your own IT infrastructure. You decide where processing takes place and keep maximum control over your financial data.
The technical architecture is designed for this as well. Data is not pushed into your network from outside, but collected from within your own environment. The local processing module initiates the secured outbound connection itself and retrieves the invoices and files to be processed.
As a result, your network does not have to be opened up from the outside to receive documents that need to be posted.
For us, digital sovereignty means that you not only own your data, but can also decide as much as possible where and with which technology it is processed.
That is why we offer both options. You choose the convenience and scalability of our European cloud, or processing within your own infrastructure. Our technology does not dictate where your data must live — your organisation decides that.
